1. Service Provider

The Company is the information society service provider and is responsible for the distance sales of the e-shop, in accordance with Presidential Decree 131/2003 and Law 2251/1994.

2. Services Provided by the Website

Through beefactor.gr, the following are provided:

• free browsing of the content

• presentation and sale of Bee Factor products

• online ordering

• online payment via secure providers

By placing an order, the consumer accepts these terms, the characteristics of each product and the corresponding price.

Orders placed outside working hours are processed on the next working day.

3. The Products

The available products are cosmetic products manufactured in licensed facilities and holding the required compliance documentation, in accordance with the Hellenic National Organisation for Medicines (EOF) and European cosmetics legislation (Regulation (EC) 1223/2009).

4. Proper Use of Products – Disclaimer

The Company is not liable for any incorrect or inappropriate use of the products, nor for damage arising from use contrary to:

• the instructions on the packaging

• the safety instructions

• the recommendations of health professionals

The user is solely responsible for:

• checking the ingredients for any allergies

• using the products according to the instructions

• not passing on a product that is open or without packaging

These terms do not include individualised medical or dosage instructions.

The instructions for use do not limit the Company's statutory liability or the consumer's rights regarding defective products.

5. Payment Methods

The consumer can complete payment by:

• debit or credit card

• bank deposit

• cash on delivery (where supported)

All card transactions are executed through a secure payment provider; Bee Factor does not store card details.

6. Delivery Time

Delivery takes place within the time agreed at the time of order. Unless a different time has been agreed, it takes place without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the conclusion of the contract.

In the event of a delivery delay you retain your statutory rights, including the option to terminate the contract under the conditions provided by law. Indicative times per shipping method are described in the Shipping Methods.

7. Transport and Delivery

Ownership of the products passes upon full payment and delivery.

Risk during transport lies:

• with the Company, until delivery to the consumer

• with the consumer after delivery

In remote areas or addresses without adequate access, the customer may need to collect the order from a local point that will be indicated.

8. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

For purchases from the e-shop you are entitled to declare withdrawal without giving a reason within 14 calendar days of receipt. You can use the online declaration or any clear statement at info@beefactor.gr. No reason or prior approval is required.

The statutory health and hygiene exception concerns sealed goods that are not suitable for return for these reasons and have been unsealed after delivery. It does not limit your rights for a defective product or one that does not conform to your order.

The return must be sent no later than 14 days after the declaration. On withdrawal from the entire order, the price and the cost of the cheapest standard delivery we offered are refunded. The direct cost of return is borne by the consumer, provided they were informed before purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

The refund is made within 14 days of our being informed of the withdrawal. Unless we have offered to collect the goods ourselves, we may wait until we receive them back or receive proof of dispatch, whichever occurs first. Detailed instructions and exceptions are described in the Returns Policy.

9. Defective, damaged or incorrect product

If the product has a problem or does not conform to your order, contact us via the form Report a Product Issue or at info@beefactor.gr. Photos and proof of purchase help with the examination and may optionally be attached.

Your statutory rights for lack of conformity are not limited to the 14 days of withdrawal without reason, nor are they excluded because the packaging was opened. Depending on the case, free remedy is provided, such as replacement, or a price reduction or withdrawal, when the statutory conditions are met.

The necessary return and remedy for a verified lack of conformity are free of charge for the consumer. See section 10 of the Returns Policy for the procedure.

10. Intellectual Property

All content of beefactor.gr:

• texts

• photographs

• graphics

• logos

• descriptions

• structure and database

is protected by intellectual property law.

Any reproduction or use beyond simple browsing or the sharing functions provided by the website itself is prohibited.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Greek law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection that may apply.

To resolve any issue, you can contact us at info@beefactor.gr. You retain the right to approach the Consumer Ombudsman and the competent courts, as defined by applicable law.

12. Amendments to the Terms

These terms may be updated when legislation or our services change. For each order, the version in force at the time of submission applies. Later changes do not retroactively modify the rights and obligations agreed for the order.
