Coconut Oil

Coconut Oil is obtained from the flesh of the fruit and is an extremely nourishing source of saturated fatty acids.

One of the richest natural sources of lauric and myristic acid, it also contains medium-chain triglycerides (MCT) (caprylic and capric acids), vitamins (E, B complex) and minerals.

Coconut oil offers multiple benefits for the skin, hair and nails. It has emollient and soothing properties on dry and sensitive skin. It also strengthens the hydrolipid barrier and provides anti-inflammatory benefits.

Coconut oil penetrates and nourishes the hair fibres, making the hair shinier and healthier. Solid at room temperature, it remains highly stable under oxidative conditions.

Recommended for anti-ageing, tonic/rejuvenating products, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory preparations, for general moisturising applications for the skin and hair, and as a base for massage.
