Bee Factor I.K.E. ships orders within Greece, Cyprus and internationally, working with the world's largest carriers and offering multiple delivery options to suit your needs.

Shipments are made Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays.

1. Shipping Methods

1.1 Greece

• BoxNow Locker (24/7 pick-up)

Collect from the BoxNow Locker of your choice.
Ideal for faster collection and flexibility.

• ELTA Courier (Door-to-Door)

Delivery to your address anywhere in Greece.

1.2 Cyprus

• BoxNow Locker (Cyprus)

Affordable and fast collection from a locker.

• FedEx International (Express & Economy)

Customers can choose between:

• FedEx Priority (Fast)

• FedEx Economy (Economy option)

1.3 International (worldwide shipments)

For orders outside Greece & Cyprus, customers can choose between:

• FedEx International

• FedEx Priority (Fast)

• FedEx Economy (Economy pricing)

Customers see the available options at checkout and choose their preferred method based on cost and speed.

2. Delivery Areas

Bee Factor ships to all countries worldwide,
except countries where cosmetics transport/import restrictions or trade restrictions apply due to legislation or sanctions.

Exclusions include, for example:

• Countries subject to an embargo.
• Countries where Bee Factor has exclusive distributors.
• Countries that prohibit the import of cosmetics.

Available destinations may change in line with transport, import and distribution restrictions. Shipping availability is shown when you complete your order.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs:

• are calculated automatically at checkout,

• vary by country,

• vary by weight,

• vary by the method the customer selects (BoxNow / ELTA / FedEx).

If a promotion is active (e.g. free shipping),
the discount is applied automatically in your cart.

4. Free Shipping (Promotions)

Bee Factor runs free shipping promotions from time to time.

For example:

• Free BoxNow delivery in Greece on orders over 39€ (when the promotion is active).

• Similar promotions may apply to Cyprus or international orders and appear automatically at checkout.

Offers may change from time to time and apply only when shown at checkout.

5. Delivery Times

Greece

• BoxNow: 1–3 working days

• ELTA Courier: 1–3 working days

Cyprus

• BoxNow: 3–6 working days

• FedEx Express: 2–4 working days

• FedEx Economy: 4–8 working days

International shipments

• FedEx Priority: 2–5 working days

• FedEx Economy: 4–10 working days

Times are indicative and may vary due to customs, public holidays, weather conditions or high volumes.

6. Customs – Duties – Import Taxes

For orders outside the EU, the customer is responsible for:

• duties

• import taxes

• local fees

• VAT of the destination country

Customs checks may affect delivery time. Any lawful import charges are determined by the destination country. Your rights in the event of a delivery delay are not limited by this notice.

7. Shipment Tracking

After dispatch, an email is sent with:

• a tracking number

• a link for live updates

8. Non-Collection – Return of Parcel

If the customer:

• fails to collect the parcel in time

• provides an incorrect or incomplete address

• does not visit the BoxNow locker

• refuses delivery

then:

• the order is returned to Bee Factor

• Any return or reshipment costs are assessed according to the reason for non-collection, prior notification and applicable law. For a new shipment, we agree the cost with you before proceeding.

Simply not collecting or refusing a parcel does not in itself constitute a clear declaration of withdrawal. If you wish to withdraw, please notify us in accordance with the Returns Policy. Special rules apply to a defective or incorrect product, at no charge to you for the necessary return of a confirmed issue.

9. Incorrect Address Details

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of:

• the address

• the recipient's name

• the phone number

• the postcode

Incorrect details may cause delays or additional charges.

10. Courier Delays / Force Majeure

Delivery times may be affected by:

• courier

• customs

• extreme weather

• strikes

• international restrictions

• force majeure

If a delay occurs, please contact us at info@beefactor.gr so we can check the shipment and update you. You retain your statutory rights, including the option to terminate the contract under the conditions provided by law, as described in the Terms & Conditions.
